Hydroderm Clear Acne Healing System
Is the Hydroderm Clear Acne Healing System all its cracked up to be? Here is the gist of what the package offers you.
The Hydroderm Acne package is a 3-step program which offers a bonus spot-treatment product.
The active ingredient in each of these products is essentially salicylic acid. Though widely known to be effective, this is the cheaper, chemically derived version which can be harsh on the skin. The products also contain patented complexes with names “oxydectaline” and “DermaClyne”. Though not all of the ingredients that make up these complexes are listed (a red flag), those that are have no relationship to acne treatment. Essentially, these made-up names intend to disguise what is just a unique mix of common chemicals.
Pricing
This is one of the more pricey acne treatment packages. Though it offers the “bonus” spot treatment, the product claims to be worth $125. They market it through a “free trial” which if not cancelled will charge you $60 and enroll you in a difficult-to-cancel auto-ship program.
BEWARE OF AUTOSHIP PROGRAMS!!!
Pros
Has a standard and pretty effective compound for fighting acne.
Cons
The side effects can be harsh (dryness and redness) and the price is way too high and includes the auto-ship program.
Conclusion
I do not recommend the Hydroderm Clear Acne Healing System. If you buy it you may be paying more for a long name than for results.
