My only side affect was dry lips, which I can live with compared to the oil slick and acne mess I currently have. Accutane has not cured my issue as I have been on it 3-4 times already, but it definitely made my skin look amazingly healthy and so clear while I was on it. I am going back to see if I can get a long-term low dose regime with accutane again. It is worth the hassle to me!
